In the app
Open Moora → Settings → Account → Delete account → confirm.
Your account and associated data will be scheduled for deletion immediately.
Option 2 — Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have the app installed, you can request deletion by email:

We will verify the request and delete your account within 30 days.
What data is deleted
Your account record (email address, display name)
Your practice data: mood notes, chosen writing phrases, session records, preferences
Your Ink Memory timeline and generated insights
Any photos you uploaded to the app
Your subscription linkage records
What may be retained
Purchase and transaction records — retained by Google Play and RevenueCat as required for tax, accounting and fraud-prevention purposes. These records are not controlled by us.
Anonymised, aggregated statistics that no longer identify you.
Records we are legally required to keep under applicable law.
How long it takes
Deletion is processed within 30 days of a verified request. Backup copies may persist for a short additional period before being overwritten.
