1. Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, installing or using Moora (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These terms form a legal agreement between you and Hangzhou Zizai Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us").
2. The service
Moora is a calligraphy and mindfulness app that offers guided writing sessions, personal reflection records, and AI-assisted analysis of your practice. We may add, change or remove features over time.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete account, or through our account deletion page.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Moora Plus is a paid subscription purchased through Google Play. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play account settings at any time.
Refunds are handled by Google Play in accordance with Google's refund policies. We do not process payments or refunds directly.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the text, images and other content you create or upload in the App ("Your Content").
You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the App's features to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not infringe anyone else's rights or violate any law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations;
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorised access to the App or its systems;
Upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringes third-party rights;
Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation or servers.
7. AI-generated content
Some features use artificial intelligence to generate writing suggestions, reflections and analysis. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for reflective and informational purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, legal or professional advice.
8. Intellectual property
The App, including its design, text, graphics, logos and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the App available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may suspend or discontinue the App or any feature at any time.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Hangzhou, China.
